What Are Today’s Texas FHA Loan Limits?

On November 28, 2023, the Federal Housing Administration announced new FHA loan limits for Texas, outlining the 2024 FHA loan limits for Texas. This announcement outlined the National Forward Mortgage Limits. and Mortgagee Letter 2023-22, specifying the 2024 National Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) Limits for case numbers assigned on or after January 1, 2024.  Check out FHA’s national forward loan limit “floor” and “ceiling” for a one-unit property in 2024 are $498,257 and $1,149,825, respectively.
